Item must be unused and in original packaging.

Eligibility
- • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- • Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
- • Final-sale or custom-engraved items are not eligible for return.
How to return
- 1. Email team@novadrop.madethis.app with your order number.
- 2. We'll send return instructions and the address.
- 3. Ship the item back at your expense (unless the return is our fault).
- 4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the original payment within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product. In those cases, we'll cover it 100% — just send a photo and we'll handle the rest.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
