Processing time
All NovaDrop orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We pack each order by hand and confirm tracking before it leaves our warehouse. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
US delivery
Standard shipping inside the United States arrives in 5–7 business days after processing. Shipping is free on US orders over $75. Under $75, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
International shipping
We ship internationally on request. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Reach out to team@novadrop.madethis.app for a personalized quote.
